GREEN Wild Ale

PINEAPPLE • LEMON • PINE

Aged for 18 months in wine barrels with a mixed culture of Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus and Pediococcus, this complex ale is dry hopped with Riwaka and pineapple-infused Maui Nelson Hop Kief, resulting in bright, expressive aromas of grapefruit, pineapple, stone fruit, pine and leather. 

Expect zesty lemon acidity, gentle funk, and a dry, effervescent finish with full body and refreshing character.
